Please arrive 25 min before their appointment; late arrivals will result in shorter treatment time. MUST bring a printer version of voucher, flip flops and swim wear. Valid only for option purchased. Must be 18 years and over, ID may be required. Validity times: Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm, Sat - Sun 8:30am - 5:30pm. Three-course lunch is available for bookings between noon - 2:30pm. The Spa use is for one-hour only. For option 1 you can upgrade for a bottle of champagne direct to the spa for £45. It must be pre paid for at the time of booking. It cannot be taken to the restaurant with your meal. It must be consumed during the Spa Session or at the bar afterwards or before. Lobster or steak meal for two is available for bookings between noon - 9.30pm. 12.5% discretionary service charge of the original value added to the bill. £20 voucher should be requested when leaving the spa. One £20 voucher per person is valid for 12 months and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and cannot be used against retail products.
