Limit 1 per person. Here at Beauty Hideout, we have a No Returns Policy, which means that once you have received the product we will not accept any returns. You can always contact us for any questions at beautyhideout1@gmail.com. Merchants' standard cancellation policy applies. If you fail to give 48 hours' notice to amend or cancel your appointment, you will lose your £25 deposit. If you are up to 10 mins late, a late fee of £10 will be added to your final balance. If after a total of 20 mins we are unable to fit you in you will lose your payment/deposit. If your treatment is still performed you will only receive the service according to the time that is available however if this does happen it is highly possible that only 70% of your treatment can be covered in the remaining time as it is unfair to the other clients to have their appointment pushed back if they arrived on time. Deposits are non - refundable.
