The Merchant

The Bodkin Hotel is spread across three acres of the South Gloucestershire greenery. The Grade II listed building originated as a 12th century posting house and has operated as a hotel since 1671. The inn featured on Channel 5’s The Hotel Inspector in 2011 and received a professional redesign. Rooms boast classically styled decor, en suite facilities and digital TVs.

The restaurant serves a menu of classic British cuisine, while the bar offers slap-up meals and an international array of beverages. The grounds feature a sun deck, play area and landscaped gardens, and function rooms are equipped to host parties, weddings and meetings.
