The Merchant
Samlesbury-based Huntley’s Country Stores is an outlet village consisting of a food hall, restaurant and various fashion, food and furniture shops. Visitors are able to pick up ingredients from the array of on-site producers, including a traditional butchers, a delicatessen and a bakery. Locally sourced meat is served over the butcher counter, with beef allowed to mature on-site for 28 days.
