Clients can unwind with a choice of bamboo or full body massage (usually up to £70 per person) using Pervonia products. Either treatment lasts approximately 50 minutes, with appointments including the use of robes, towels and slippers. Visitors can also make use of the spa's leisure facilities for a day (£49 per person, off peak), which includes the relaxation areas, sauna and steam rooms, gym facilities, swimming pool and more, with a light spa lunch included.

While reviews focused on the accommodation, recent visitors were keen to compliment the standard of the service, as well as the food at the hotel. The bulk of the praise was reserved for the quality of the spa and leisure facilities, along with the rooms themselves.
