What is colonic hydrotherapy?
Colonic hydrotherapy flushes the system of unwanted matter using warm filtered water. A small sterile tube delivers the water into the intestine, which then attempts to coax waste products out of the body.
What is an enema?
Designed to assist the colonic hydrotherapy treatment, an enema contains a mixture of herbs which aim to improve the function of the colons.
What do sessions involve?
Clients will fill out a health questionnaire and receive a consultation before being shown into a private room. They will be given a gown to wear for the duration. Clients have a choice of Probiotic, Organic Coffee or Spirulina enema, see website for descriptions.
How can people prepare beforehand?
Before the session, clients should eat something light two hours beforehand and keep hydrated.
