The Merchant
Design House restaurant serves up innovative cuisine that's warranted three AA rosettes and a recommendation in The Michelin Guide 2014. Chef Ben works alongside Dave Duttine at the head of the kitchen. Both boldly flavoured and subtle dishes showcase seasonal and locally-sourced produce where possible, with a la carte and table d'hote dining, as well as taster menus. Fare is complemented by stylish decor and a sophisticated and relaxed ambience.
