About The London Dance Company
The London Dance Company was founded in 2012, the brainchild of Aaron Dwyer, who was on a mission to combine dance and fitness to create a supportive exercise community for all. The studio welcomes everyone, regardless of dance experience or fitness level, aiming to improve coordination and core strength in a relaxed environment. The London Dance Company runs fitness sessions in various London venues, including Zoo Bar and Bar Rumba. Sessions run in the evening to cater to the busy timetables of London's best movers and shakers.
