Our Mini Movers children's dance classes are really fun based lessons to enable the children to use their imagination and creativity and learn some co-ordination and technique at the same time. We use props and music to help them really feel the emotional side of their dancing whilst creating lots of different characters in movement. As a teacher, it is quite fun to be a giraffe one moment and then a space man, followed by a Ballerina the next!

We work on basic Ballet and Tap techniques like turn out, foot positions and using the arms, in preparation for the students moving up to their next level of training.

In our Prep level classes we keep the creativity but up the level of physical training to begin working on the students flexibility and sequencing skills. These lessons begin to really make the student feel like they are achieving new skills and perform harder moves linked together in each subject. There are two separate classes at this level, Ballet, Tap and Musical Theatre, 45 minutes, and Street Dance and Gymnastics, 45 minutes.
