The Deal
Film-goers are treated to a choice of movies from The Luxe's varied showings. Current films include Diana, starring Naomi Watts, which documents the last two years of the eponymous Princess' life as she embarks on a secret love affair. Independent productions being screened may still include big names such as Love Is All You Need, starring Pierce Brosnan and Renoir, a French art film which follows the son of an impressionist painter as he returns home from WW1 and deepens his romantic relationship with a young woman.

The Merchant
Cambridgeshire's Luxe Cinema runs a range of films in its busy weekly calendar, from Hollywood blockbusters to arthouse talkies. Situated in the old market town of Wisbech, it houses an auditorium and lounge bar all styled in Luxe's baroque interior design. Film-goers can relax with some home comforts in the screening room as they sink into leather armchairs or sofas with a glass of wine or coffee in hand. An interval during each performance allows the audience to pop to the Luxe lounge where they can top up on snacks and drinks.
