The Deal
Fitness-seekers can receive a helping hand on their mission to good health in the form of ten day passes to The Thames Club. Visitors can take a dive in the 20m pool, relax in the steam room or sauna or workout on the latest Technogym cardio equipment at the gym. A free weights area is also available to help improve strength and stamina, and a number of studio fitness classes can be joined throughout the week.
The Merchant
The Thames Club is situated in Staines, and offers its members and visitors an array of health and fitness facilities. As well as a swimming pool and Jacuzzi, the club offers a well-stocked gym, along with a sauna and steam room. Studio classes such as body combat and aqua fit are available, as are holistic treatments such as massages and acupuncture.
