Thrigby Hall Wildlife Park
Opened in 1979, Thrigby Hall Wildlife Park is a garden and zoo that is a refuge for many species whose natural homes are slowly being destroyed. A variety of birds, cats and tigers, primates, reptiles, small mammals, and even a red panda can be found in the zoo. Guests are also free to wander the verdant gardens and settle down for a picnic as they wish, or indulge in a snack at the cafe. The park is a supporter of the world zoo conservation strategy of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature.
