The Merchant
Based in Leigh-on-Sea, Thursday’s American Diner serves up a variety of dishes inspired by the good ol’ U. S of A. Burgers, ribs, mac and cheese, pancakes and hot dogs are just some of the American delicacies on the menu. while gelato milkshakes, soft drinks and imported American candy can also be purchased. The diner is open six days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
