- Made from Torres de Briz pigs raised, fattened or leased from Torres de Briz family farms
- Fragrant and tender flesh with a pale appearance, coloured between pink and purple red
- Finely veined by acorn of fat which gives the ham a marbled appearance
- Rich in protein
- Contains vitamin B1, iron, zinc and magnesium
- With a high content of monounsaturated fatty acids

- Does not require special storage conditions, should be stored dry at room temperature (approx. 20-25 ºC)
