About This Deal
What's included - 2 or 4 scans plus a consultation to review your results at each appointment. Results are emailed to you so you can share them with your trainer, nutritionist, or other health professional. Whether your focus is health, fitness, or aesthetics, our high-tech scanner will provide you with detailed information about your body. Scales and BMI only tell part of the story.
Length of appointment - 25 minutes.
How it works - The procedure is non-intrusive as it uses infrared light to take over 1000 images of your body. The procedure is secure and minimal pain and is suitable for pregnant women as well as those who have pacemakers. You will need to stand still on a turntable for approximately 20-30 seconds. Your results will include 21 measurements across the body as well as body composition data such as body fat and muscle mass percentages. Scans can be compared against previous scans to track your progress at a granular level. You will also be able to see whether you are at risk from certain diseases and compare yourself to others with similar metrics. You can then use our digital calculator to work out exactly what you need to do to move into the "secure zone" or set other fitness goals, whilst factoring in diet and exercise.
