About True's Yard Fisherfolk Museum
The fishing community of the North End made a significant contribution to Lynn's economic and social life for over 900 years and True's Yard Fisherfolk Museum is a heritage site and museum celebrating it. The complex has been enlarged twice, in 1998 and 2010, and it has become a premier Lynn tourist attraction and education centre. Entirely administered by a group of volunteers, the museum is open to visitors but also offers a selection of events like history lessons about people and families as well as ghost tours.
