The Deal

• Regular artisan pasta making workshops: Saturday from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

• Gluten-free artisan pasta making workshops: Saturday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

• Participants will learn how to make pasta with their very own hands, without using a machine

• Include authentic recipe to take home

• On Saturdays, participants will be led in the making of standard pasta using wheat flour; alternatively on Sundays participants learn how to make gluten-free pasta

• Each person must bring along an apron

With the aim of introducing guests to authentic Italian cuisine and the traditional methods of making pasta by hand, Tutti a Tavola is a one-stop resource for a wealth of recipes. Site visitors can pick up comprehensive recipes for pastas, rice, vegetables, pizza and bread, as well as for drinks such as Italian hot chocolate. Classes are held at the first floor, room 2.
