The fire and ice experience includes access to the thermal suite, swimming pool and health club. The thermal suite uses a series of heat and cooling experiences such as the hydro-pool, soft sauna, aroma steam room, mineral grotto, foot baths, ice fountain experience showers and a relaxation area aiming induce deep relaxation. Guests will also receive a light lunch and a locally sourced natural fruit drink, tea or coffee.

As well as an 18-hole golf course spread across 120 acres of land, the hotel boasts 90 rooms and a fully equipped health spa. Guests can work out in the gym, take a dip in the deck-level swimming pool or relax in the sauna and hot tub. The hotel also has a restaurant and sports bar.
