All ticket purchasers shall be bound by the UATO2 ts and cs. Up at The O2 is not suitable for pregnant customers. Must sign electronic Waiver form in advance of your climb date. Rescheduling Policy: If the notice period is more than 48 hours in advance of the climb date and time, the cost is £5 per ticket. If the notice period is within 48 hours and up to the date and time of your climb, the cost
is £15 per ticket. We can’t reschedule if the climb is taking place or has occurred. Rescheduled bookings must be within 3 months of the original date, but no later than 30th May 2025. Each time a booking is rescheduled, the appropriate fee applies. No reschedule within 2 hours of the climb time or if the climb has taken place. Event Times: every 15 minutes. You must arrive 15 minutes before your climb time as latecomers cannot be admitted. Valid Monday-Friday & Sunday for day time climbs only. Event Times: every 15 minutes. Bank Holidays included.
