Multi-award-winning chef Tom van Zeller has put together a range of seasonal tasting dishes specifically for Groupon diners. The seasonality of the fresh and local ingredients means the menu will change regularly, but example dishes include salmon served with bacon jam, avocado and watercress, rabbit with marmalade carrot and soil, and celeriac and apple remoulade. Food can be paired with a wine flight for a supplement of £35 per person.

The team provide a fine dining experience in their stylish restaurant, with a diverse selection of menus ranging from three to ten courses, while private dining and external catering services are also available.
