- Botanical name: Dionaea Muscipula
- Eats insects that are tempted by nectar inside its modified, toothed leaves, and if the prey struggles, the trap will close even tighter
- Suitable for a warm windowsill, conservatory or greenhouse
- Easy to grow and captivating to watch
- Striking as single specimen in an attractive container (not included) or grouped together
- At maturity expect a height of 30cm (12in) and a spread of 20cm (8in)
- Plants supplied in a 9cm nursery pot
- For best performance position in full sun, sun or semi-shade indoors
- Full planting and aftercare instructions will be supplied
- Note: avoid setting off the traps unnecessarily as this requires considerable energy and is likely to damage the plant
