A chocolate lovers dream, get creative and design your very own masterpiece to give to someone special or just keep to show off with on social media! Our workshops are small and friendly, within a central London location. You will choose your chocolate preference on booking and your basic bear mould will be waiting for you on arrival. Whilst enjoying some light refreshment, your Chocolatier host will demonstrate making the liqueur ganache to pipe into your diamonds, then seal and decorate them before placing them inside the bear with secret stamped chocolate messages. The Chocolatier will also explain how to repeat this process at home and how to temper couverture chocolate for moulding . Once the bear is ready to assemble we will use edible paints, luster, glitters, drips, stencils and pastes to create a truly unique bear to then place in a gift box to takeaway.

Choose from Dark 54.5%, Milk 33.6% or 28% min Cocoa solid white finest Belgian coverture chocolate from Callebaut for your giant bear shell. Your will receive the same chocolate for your diamonds and signs, which you can then pipe fill with a liqueur ganache of your choice. These can then be decorated with edible colour, glitter or luster dust and placed inside the bear. After the bear is fused you can let your creative side go wild! We have so many sprinkles, edible decorations, colour drip and sprays. You will have so much fun bringing the bear to life, then adding finishing touches, place in a gift box with a gift tag to give to someone special or keep for yourself and show off on social media!
