Dear Client,

Please remember that my policy below is not a punishment as i totally understand that life can get in the way sometimes.

This is my livelihood and as uncomfortable as it is for me to impose the policies below i must be able to protect my business.

All vouchers must redeem when do the appointment or you need to pay a £20 deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

Please notify me at least 48h in advance of any cancellation or alterations within 48h of your appointment will be subject to a fee amounting to 100% of the scheduled appointment.

All future appointments will be cancelled until the outstanding balance is received.
