What happens when I visit the club? As well as your Groupon voucher, customers are asked to bring photo ID with them. On arrival please visit the leisure reception where you will be required to register and complete a general health questionnaire before being allowed to use the facilities. 

When can I bring children in with me and do they pay a fee? Children are permitted during allocated child swim times, times vary, please ask in club for further details. Nearest Club Info. Junior guest entry fee applies which start at £5 and vary per location. Please enquire prior to visit.

Can I bring a guest with me? Yes, a charge will apply, please ask in club for further details of fees at your chosen location. 

Are towels available? Yes, an additional fee will apply. These vary per location, please enquire at your chosen club. 

Can I purchase more than one voucher: Customers are restricted to one purchase (5 passes) only in the duration of the campaign. Customers attempting to use more than one voucher will be refused admission.
