At Vspa, our team of highly qualified Spa Therapists is dedicated to creating an unforgettable experience, leaving you eagerly anticipating your next visit. Their deep passion for individual well-being and customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction. All therapists are rigorously trained to Vspa Standards, equipped with VTCT qualifications at levels 2 and 3, along with City and Guilds certification. Additionally, they undergo specialized Spa training and are adept in Vspa Spa Rituals, ensuring that each customer receives top-notch care.

Good to Know

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the booking time. Timings include consultation at the start of treatment and aftercare advice/ room change over time at the end of treatment. If you previously visited the spa a £15.00 surcharge will apply. Please advise the spa reception upon booking whether the voucher is to be used by 1 or more people. Should you wish to have the treatments at the same time in the same room, an additional £10.00 will be charged for the Couples Room. You must let the spa know of any medical conditions as a GP note may be required for any severe conditions. If you are pregnant a £15.00 surcharge applies to adapt treatment. Please inform the spa.
