Vouchers are valid for redemption for four months from purchase date.
£5pp surcharge for weekend, Bank Holidays and School Holidays bookings.
All attendees of the walk must have a valid ticket.
Under 10s may join the walk but will be unable to lead the alpaca independently;
10-year old and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Under 3s may join the walk but the terrain is unsuitable for a pushchair, toddlers
must be in a carrier or adults must be certain that their child can walk the whole
distance.
No dogs permitted.
Must wear suitable clothing.
Guests will be required to sign a health and safety waiver before the experience.
Please arrive 15 minutes early. Lateness- Must be checked in 5 minutes before walk start time - unable to accept latecomers. Guests should aim to arrive 15 minutes before the walk start time.
Walk leader may take photos for advertising purposes unless informed otherwise.
It is the guests responsibility to assess whether they themselves are physically
capable to join the experience, if under any doubt please consult a doctor
beforehand.
