How To Use:
- Brush teeth before use
- Peel the two plastic layers of film apart to reveal the strips
- Apply a larger upper strip to the top teeth with gel (textured) on the side against the teeth for dry teeth
- Fold the remaining part of the strip material over the back of the teeth
- Repeat application with smaller strips for lower teeth
- Press the strips gently to make sure they fully wrap the teeth surfaces
- Leave in place for 30 minutes
- Avoid eating or drinking during this time
- After 30 minutes remove the strips and brush
