- They have facilities that include 4 spa treatment rooms, 7 spa heat experiences, a relaxation room, and a dedicated manicure and pedicure day.

- Massage Treatment: Must be 18 years old
- Thermal Spa experience: Must be 16 years old or above with adult supervision at all times.
- Limitations
- Treatment tables carry a maximum weight of 150kg.
- During Pregnancy: Thermal spa experience is not available and no massages during the first trimester of pregnancy
