How do I use Travelodge voucher codes?

WiFi is free for 30 minutes for every 24-hour period of your stay, or you can pay £3 for a full day of connection.

There are now over 200 Travelodge hotels with Bar Cafes, offering a wide selection of food throughout the day and evening. The menu is frequently updated, so there’s sure to be something for everyone (including stone-baked pizza and new vegan options).

You can even choose an unlimited breakfast from £8.99, with drinks (such as Lavazza coffee, tea, and fruit juices) included. Up to two kids under the age of 15 (per paying adult) can also eat breakfast completely free.

Travelodge group bookings

Book accommodation for 10 people or more by contacting the Groups Team between Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm at groupbookings@travelodge.co.uk. The friendly customer service assistant will ensure your group stays together and offer you a bespoke rate with a deposit ranging from 0% to 50%, depending on the size of your booking. You can book over the phone by calling 0871 984 6575; however, these calls cost 13p per minute plus your standard network charge.

Travelodge manage my booking

How do I change my Travelodge booking? Is it free to change?

Log in to your Travelodge account and click ‘Manage Booking’ to view past, cancelled and upcoming bookings. Flexible Rate bookings are free to amend, and you’ll only be charged for any additional nights added to your bookings or refunded the difference. Some Flexible Rate bookings can be cancelled for free up to midday on the day of your stay.

Saver Rate bookings cost £10 to amend, with all extras (including WiFi and meals) also being non-refundable.

Can I upgrade my Travelodge booking?

You can upgrade your room type under Manage Booking with the same rules applying for Flexible Rate and Saver Rate bookings: it’s free for Flexible Rate and £10 for Saver Rate.

Can I book multiple rooms for the same stay at Travelodge?

No, each booking is for one hotel only, so you’ll have to make multiple bookings for each Travelodge you plan to visit.

Travelodge's 24-hour check-in service

Each Travelodge is open 24 hours a day, with a member of staff always at the service desk ready to help. Guests can check in any time from 3pm and must check out by 12pm. Earlier and later times are possible for a small fee – just choose this option online or ring ahead to the hotel to let them know.

Travelodge cancellations

If your situation has changed and you don’t need your room anymore, you can cancel your booking by contacting the Central Reservations team on 08719 84 84 84 or logging into your account. Flexible Rate bookings that are cancelled before 12pm on the day of arrival will be refunded, but Saver Rate bookings are non-refundable.

Travelodge check-in and check-out process

Visitors can check in to their Travelodge hotel room after 3pm on the day of arrival and check out by midday on the day of departure. However, you can also extend your stay for £10 per person to check in from 12pm and check out by 2pm – this should give you plenty of wiggle room to make your Travelodge stay work for you.

Bring your pets along to Travelodge

Can’t face parting with your four-legged friends? Bring them along with you! Travelodge hotels are pet-friendly. You are allowed up to two pets per room for the added cost of £20 per pet. Guide dogs and other assistance dogs can be brought in free of charge.
