Using your Balkan Holidays Voucher Code

You can redeem your Balkan Holidays voucher code by quoting them to your Travel Adviser when you make your holiday booking. Once the voucher code is approved, a confirmation invoice will be dispatched via email, confirming your payment and any discount deducted.

Luggage Allowances with Balkan Holidays

On Balkan Holiday Air flights, the baggage allowance is based on 1 checked-in piece of luggage per person, weighing up to maximum of 20kg. Two people's allowance cannot be combined and baggage over 20kg will be charged at a rate of £10 per kilo at the airport. If you think you may exceed your allowance, extra kilos can be pre-booked on the Balkan Holidays website.

More Information on In-Flight Meals with Balkan Holidays

Unfortunately, in-flight meals are not included on Balkan Holidays Air flights. However, a range of drinks and snacks are available to purchase onboard. So you will no longer see in-flight meals available to pre-order when you're booking your Bulgaria short haul holiday. Simply order from our cabin crew hot or cold drinks along with light or more substantial snacks. For all other carriers please refer to the website of the airline.

When to Expect your Balkan Holidays e-ticket

Once you’ve booked your flights and activated the Balkan Holidays discount code, you can sit back and relax. Your e-tickets will be sent to you approximately 10-14 days before departure so make sure you keep an eye on your inbox! If you have specifically requested physical tickets then these will be sent in the post.

What to do if your Pre-Booked Seats Don't Show on your e-ticket

Pre-booked tickets won’t show up on your e-ticket but you should see your seat numbers on your booking confirmation invoice.
