1) Greggs: free sweet treat
Free sweet treat on your birthday with the Greggs Rewards app. Download the app (available on Apple and Android) and you’ll receive a coupon valid for one month from your birthday. The offer is valid on all doughnuts, cakes and cookies.

2) Krispy Kreme: free doughnut
Free doughnut on your birthday with Krispy Kreme Rewards. You can either download the app or sign up for emails. Choose whatever takes your fancy: from strawberry sprinkles to Lotus Biscoff.

Free sweet treat on your birthday with the Costa Club app. Choose an indulgent Costa cake like gooey chocolate and salted caramel, millionaire's shortbread and rocky road, or go with something totally different like a fruity flapjack or doughnut. Free drink for Gold Members with Starbucks Rewards. This one might be a little tricky unless you’re a Starbucks regular. You’ll need 450 ‘Stars’ to reach gold membership, and you’ll earn 3 stars for every £1 spent. That means you’ll need to spend £150 in total to qualify. We love a challenge.

18) Pizza Express: free prosecco
