How do I use my Hotpoint voucher code?

Find the offer of your choice and copy the Hotpoint voucher code provided. Follow the link to the Hotpoint website and look for the product you want to order. Click on it then select ‘Add to Order’ and click ‘Start Checkout’. Continue to the secure checkout and select your delivery date. In the ‘Confirm and Pay’ section, enter the voucher code in the box and click ‘Apply’. Click ‘Place your Order' to complete your purchase. Any offers that don’t require a discount code will be applied automatically.

What kind of guarantee do Hotpoint products come with?

Can I recycle my old appliance when I buy a new one from Hotpoint?

Hotpoint will take away your old appliance, if you buy a new one but you’ll have to arrange this in advance. The old appliance will be taken away when the new one is delivered.
