Q&A with Snozone
How do I use my Snozone discount code?
Choose the Snozone discount code you want to use. Copy the code and follow the link to the Snozone website. Select the booking you want to make and click the ‘Make a booking’ tab. Fill out your age range and the type of course you want to take. Add the date, who you want to book for and whether you want to add clothing hire to your basket. Click on the basket icon and enter your promotional code in the taskbar.
Can I transfer my Snozone booking?
If you want to transfer your Snozone booking to another day, you need to contact Snozone 72 hours before. All transfers and refunds are subject to a £5 fee.
Can I take photographs or videos when I’m at Snozone?
You can’t take photographs or film on the slope due to privacy laws and the safety of others. If you would like to film with your own action camera, a session is available on a Thursday evening from 7pm where you will be able to film yourself on the slope.If you would like some photographs taken during your lesson or session, please ask one of the Snozone reception team and they will check to see if a team member is available to assist.
What should I wear to visit a Snozone centre?
You’ll be surrounded by real snow so wear appropriate clothing for these kind of conditions. Gloves and socks are a must if you want to stay warm and can be purchased on arrival. You can hire a snowsuit on the day or by booking in advance. All of your ski or snowboard equipment (boots, helmet, skis, board and poles) are included in the ticket price. There is no difference in price if you bring your own equipment.
