Promo codes cannot be used on items where Groupon has temporarily reduced the sell price itself - these prices are shown in red.
Some promo codes are invite-only. Make sure you are logged into your Groupon account using the email address that received the code. Invite-only promo codes cannot be shared.
Some deals are ineligible for promo codes. The fine print section of the deal should state if this is the case. Gift card deals and deals that direct to a third party website to complete the order are always ineligible for promo codes.
If a promo code is stated to be "up to" a certain percentage off, most eligible deals will allow for the full percentage reduction, subject to a stated maximum discount amount e.g. £20. However, a minority of deals may only allow for a smaller percentage reduction.
