Groupon iPad Grading Definitions
An iPad does not need to be brand-new to be fully functional. In fact, you can usually get a refurbished model for a lower price without sacrificing any of the functionality you or your family needs. But it’s important to understand the iPad condition so that you know what to expect when you open the package. To help you find the iPad that matches your needs and budget, Groupon uses the following iPad grading definitions for its inventory:
Premium CPO
CPO means Certified Pre Owned which is the highest grading of refurb and most iPads will appear as new. If they have been used they will be tested and certified by Apple or approved third-party refurbish partner according to four criteria: 1) functionality 2) cleaning 3) inspection 4) repackaging.
