General Terms and Conditions

1. Tickets valid from 11.07.15 - 26.08.15
2. Tickets are strictly valid at your selected Attraction as displayed on your Ticket, subject to availability.
3. Tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount promotion, reward/loyalty program, rail inclusive offer or exclusive event or concert
4. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, not for re-sale and must not be passed to a third party. Photocopies will not be accepted.
5. Please check Attraction opening times by visiting the Attraction website
6. Entrance is on a first come first served basis, we recommend you arrive early.
7. Please bring proof of identity for the named Ticket Holder as printed on your Tickets.
8. All persons entering the Attractions must have a valid entrance ticket.
9. Height, age and weight restrictions apply on some rides and attractions. Under 3's are free to enter LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. A child is aged 3-15 years old. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. Some rides will require that guests who do not meet the minimum height requirement will need to be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. Children under 1 metre go free at THORPE PARK Resort. At Chessington World of Adventures Resort, an Adult is aged 12+ years, a Child is from 0.9 metres high to their 12th birthday, and a Child under 0.9 metres is free. At Alton Towers Resort, Adults are aged 12+ and children are aged 4-11. Children under 4 enter Alton Towers Resort for free. No child or children under the age of 12 will be admitted to Alton Towers Resort unless they are accompanied by an adult who shall be 18 years or over and such child or children whilst on-site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times. Proof of age may be required upon entry. Organisers/carers are relied upon to consider the suitability of the venue and to provide adequate supervision for their clients/persons in their care.
10. The Attractions reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse admission to each of its Attractions, ban from entry to its Attractions or remove from its Attractions any visitor or Ticket Holder. In the interest of public safety the Attraction reserves the right for guests to leave the Attraction at any time.
11. Tickets are not valid for Extraordinary Golf, The Alton Towers Waterpark or Tree Top Quest at Alton Towers Resort.
12. Guests are advised that not all attractions may be operational on the day of their visit. The Attractions may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the Attractions or attractions, close the Attractions or any parts temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Attractions, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment programme, due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, security or order, or if the Attraction considers that the circumstances so require, use of the Ticket complies agreement with the terms and conditions posted at the entrance to each Attraction and in each Park Guide.
13. All prices are correct at the time of publishing. Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Digital Photo Terms and Conditions

Each Voucher comes with digital photo download (value £10). You may upgrade to receive a printed photo for an additional £5. Download the Picsolve App for free to make it even easier to share your photos with friends and family.

Voucher may be redeemed at: Alton Towers Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort, LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort and THORPE PARK Resort only. Subject to availability.

Digital photos are normally available within 24 hours but can take longer in exceptional circumstances

Photo availability and quality may be impacted by weather, environmental and other conditions. Financial compensation will not be given where this is the case

Voucher cannot be exchanged for any other item or used in conjunction with another offer

Compromising or inappropriate photos will not be issued
