I have been twice now and the ipl treatment has been so helpful for my sensitive rosacea prone skin. The staff are friendly and offer a great service.

I came here with my Mum to get facial IPL and we were both so impressed with the treatment and service we received. I highly recommend trying them out :)

I travelled all the way to my appointment and the salon then refused to honour it due to their own faults. They had advertised and sold a hot wax on groupon (which is what I purchased) but then when I arrived they wanted to give me a strip wax instead, which does not work on my skin, and which was why I had specifically looked for and purchased a hot wax treatment. Even though they had hot wax available and despite the fault was theirs, and it was clear I had purchased hot wax, I was still refused my treatment. They wasted my time and caused a lot of inconvenience yet there was a total lack of care in this regard. Really poor behaviour and customer service.
