How to cancel ODEON Limitless

You can cancel ODEON Limitless membership by calling the helpline on 0333 00 444 11, speaking to an advisor over live chat or submitting an email request. ODEON may also allow you to freeze your membership for up to one month.

ODEON refund policy

Only myODEON or myLIMITLESS members are allowed to cancel bookings. You can do this from the ODEON app using the self-service refund tool as long as the film isn’t starting within two hours.
