Good value for a lovely relaxing day. Use of all facilities; pool, sauna, steam room etc. Treatments included facial, head and neck massage. Hotel and Spa Staff were all really lovely and very helpful. Will definitely go again.
Was very happy with the services, customer service was great, my spa technician Danielle was wonderful, really helped with de-stressing. She has wonderful techniques and I almost fell asleep a few times. I suggest making the music in the rooms louder to drown out the noise coming from the pool area. Lunch was delicious, appropriate sizes, and restaurant staff were sweet. Overall, great experience.
Great value for money. I upgraded and paid £20 extra on the day for a full body massage which was well worth it. The lunch was nice and I asked if I could have a starter instead of a dessert which was accommodated by the chef (thank you)

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is outstanding. The spa is quite small and basic but the services on offer are all well maintained. I visit often and always enjoy a wonderfully relaxing day
