I have been before for myself & enjoyed the experience so when the offer was repeated, I gave it to my 8yr old grand daughter as a holiday treat - her first hair dresser appointment - she loved it! Thank again to Amy, who was terrific with her, making a little girl very happy.

I bought the keratin treatment which I regularly get done but first time at Renella’s. Unfortunately this one did not give the usual results for my hair. The salon is nice and hairdresser was lovely. She said it was an express treatment not full keratin one so the process was different.

Excellent service! The person I was booked in with was taken ill & I was called & given another stylist. They squeezed me in yet I wasn’t rushed & Laura gave me her time & attention. Very happy with my fabulous hair cut. Highly recommend

Bought a keratin blow dry, my hair is just as frizzy as it was before! I’ve had keratin in the past and my hair is usually left silky smooth and so much more manageable but this seems to have just been a waste of time and money.
