BEWARE DO NOT USE!! As mentioned below and this happening to multiple people please be aware! Their communication is terrible and after a 2 year wait due to multiple cancellations purely on their part and multiple attempts on our part to try to rebook and the issue to be escalated after them accusing us of not responding to an email back in 2021 which is in the original thread that i was emailing in as we rebooked the experience in for November 2021, they now just send a copy and paste email, are unhelpful and are trying to steal our money.

I am writing this review hoping it helps someone in the future. I was gifted a secret super car experience purchased from Groupon for my bday. I redeemed this on a weekday because there is a surcharge to use this voucher on a weekend (not ideal). When you arrive, you are asked to fill out a form and decide if you want to buy a damage waiver insurance; there are 2 option at £25 and £35; if you don't purchase this and end up damaging the car you will be apparently charged £4500+VAT (regardless of the extent of the damage). I think this insurance should be included in the cost of the experience as it is an unpleasant surprise on the day. It is true that you are not forced to buy these insurance packages but during your introduction they even show you a crash compilation in an attempt to make you buy insurance. The media packages are okay as it is a common feature in any experience but I didn't purchase it as I wasn't interested. When Brad the pit manager called me and said my 3 supercars were the Lotus, Maserati and Aston Martin I didn't really mind but I obviously knew I wasn't going to be given the better options that were there like the Lamborghini or the Audi R8's as I was just a Groupon customer. I have to concur with some of the other reviews here with the state of these cars. They are very outdated and poorly maintained and probably not road worthy either. Opening the doors and windows on some of them is a struggle. The experience on the track is very minimalistic and definitely not recommended. The track is super small and you can barely feel what these 'super' cars are capable of, I am not race driver but the fact that you can go only up to your 3rd gear suggests how small the track is. The straight lasts about 3 seconds before you have to brake and turn again. Perhaps the size of the track should be increased to create a bigger lap. The instructors are super friendly and seem like genuinely nice people, none of the comments made here are against them. I am sure someone from Drift limits will comment on this review and try to discredit/challenge my review here but all I want is for people to realise that this experience isn't worth the money and time.
