Being the best is put simply the goal. We spent 20,000 on our oven, put in a walk in fridge, spent 10 years developing the recipe and creating the supply chain. We went for the best street in a beautiful conservation, renovated the dinner area and created the restaurant we wanted, not a corporate director or accountant. We are all about passion in an industry which is all about advertising. We prepare our dough fresh, no starch or frozen imports, like the vast majority of our competitors and are happy to show you our dough machine out back. Our toppings come from many places including Ipswich's global fruits and our hygiene is second to none with a 5 star rating.
