All enjoyed the day. Treatments and facilities were first class, staff were very competent, friendly and polite .

Really nice experience . Only comments would be please offer a range of sizes in robes please consider putting a clock in the relaxation room as it was nice to relax but we wanted to be aware of the time to be able to get to our afternoon tea on time please ensure the quiet rule in the relaxation room is enforced - there was a client in there using their phone on loud. There are plenty of other places where this could be used. Please do not use the quiet relaxtion room that others want to enjoy

Was a lovely day, more treatments offered than on the offer on groupon. Shame that all the robes were small, didnt even fit myself, not labelled for the spa we was at either. The treatments themselves were lovely and afternoon tea too would have loved to have gone for afternoon tea in the robe like other spa users but since they didnt fit we got showered and dressed instead

Not very happy with the treatment didn't have everything done that was described in package.
