I had an amazing time! Lovely, welcoming staff from the reception to the spa itself. A complementary towel was offered. No, it is not an actual courthouse, it is an hotel! Massive jacuzzi, sauna was hotzzz, steam room was an oasis of calm. There is also a swimming pool. Every muscle has been massaged by water. Feeling refreshed and revived. Important to give to yourself, before you give to others. This was self-care par excellence. I would visit again. Thank -you!

This was my first visit to the spa. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome, however the facilities were not up to standard the showers were to hot, there’s one hairdryer which lasted 10 minutes then stopped working, the pool area has very few seats and I had to ask for my drink when I had finished the session. Disappointing especially as this is such a nice building and location.

Dreadful experience from the start with reception staff raising her voice at me to hurry up filling out the form as I was running late for the massage. I was there 5 mins before my appointment. This really ruined the experience as during the whole massage all I could think about was her grating, rude tone. The massage was excellent otherwise! After the massage I went to the reception to be showed to the lockers and the other facilities. I waited there with my belongings in my hands for someone to show me in as the staff was handing out bubbly left and right. The lockers have zero privacy from the open door towards the corridor and men’s lockers, to the spa door that opens directly towards the changing area and the code to the locker which was told to me out loud by the staff with the disclaimer “don’t worry if you forget it, I’ll know it” - so will anyone within a 10m radius actually… The spa facilities were okay: steam room and sauna clean but very small (3/4 people max). The pool was filthy with all the oil from the massage just floating on top, couldn’t see my feet, very murky water. Couldn’t clean that off either as hot water on the showers didn’t work. I wasn’t offered a glass of Prosecco while I was there, until I was pressing the lift button to leave. It was more annoying than relaxing. The 2 stars are for the massage.

It started off well enough. The massage and scrub were quite nice. Then, when it came time to rinse everything off, they informed me that the shower in the massage room didn't work. So I went down the hall to the locker room. The water was boiling hot in the shower. They tried to fix it 3 times. Finally, I was escorted with shampoo in my hair to one of the hotel rooms on another floor to finish showering. It was totally strange. The workers were sweet. There is no way I can go back.
