Kids had a good time, not for older kids,

Good for smaller children, could have a little to do more inside the venue. Character meets great and often.

I didn’t use this voucher it was used by someone else

I saw this deal online and needed somewhere to take my kids the following day. The experience is expensive for what it is if you buy the tickets at normal price. Not a lot there so not great value for money. I bought the deal for my myself and my daughter. I didn’t purchase for my son because he was under the height to qualify for paying. I was told on the door that I would need to pay the full price for my 2 year old despite the fact he was hovering just below the line when measured. His ticket turned out more expensive than my daughter and I. Very unfair. What I was hoping would be a cheap day out turned out to be expensive. When inside he was told he couldn’t ride on one attraction because he was under the required height! I only give this 2 stars because we did meet a wonderful staff member that looked after my little boy whilst I was went on the rides with my daughter. If not for her, it would have been a complete waste of time. Overpriced and unhelpful staff on reception!

The afternoon was great, my just turned 3 year old loved it, however it was not a good experience trying to redeem my vouchers. The staff were trying to charge me entry even though I’d paid for these tickets via groupon. After about 20 mins a manager finally came down and sorted it within two mins. I suggest all staff are trained on groupon vouchers! Otherwise a great afternoon out, not too busy, no wait for the rides!
