Extra facilities include a kitchen for that post-workout meal, sunbeds, and a physiotherapy room to keep muscles limber. A supplement shop stocks the latest shakes, and the Ab Salute Gym website sells branded fitness clothing. A host of memberships are designed to appeal to all types of gym-goer, from students to guests aged 55 and over.
