What is included?
1 Session of PRP Facial/Vampire Facial.
PRP eyes treatment is offered as a separate treatment for additional cost.
A minimum of 3 Sessions of PRP Facial/Vampire Facial is recommended.
What is platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy?
This 30- to 60-minute treatment involves injecting a selected area with platelet-rich plasma to target damaged and aged tissue and reduce the visibility of fine lines, pigmentation, hyperpigmentation, melasma, active acne, acne scarring, rosacea, age spots, and dark skin around the eyes. The PRP Serum injections also help tighten the skin. This treatment encourages the rejuvenation of the skin's natural tone and elasticity and reduces the appearance of wrinkles and frown lines.
What happens at the sessions?
A blood sample will be collected from the patient and placed in a centrifuge machine that separates the natural PRP Serum from red blood cells. The PRP Serum will then be re-injected into the selected area. There may be some discomfort, and you can add numbing cream for an additional charge.
What about aftercare?
There is minimal downtime, and you can return to work the same day. Some of the side effects include mild swelling, bruising, and redness of the target area following the treatment. Avoid vigorous activity for 48 hours. Your face can be washed the next day. Results can be seen immediately after the treatment, but the final results take approximately 2-3 months to emerge.
We normally recommend an initial course of 3-6 sessions that are done 4-6 weeks apart. Top-ups are recommended.
