Same day appointments accepted. Present Groupon on arrival. 24-hour cancellation policy. A suitable replacement time slot will be found for the customer. Should ATS need to cancel or amend the appointment for any reason that is beyond their control they will contact the customer in advance to re-arrange the next most convenient time for them to come in. If a leak in the air conditioning system is detected during the pressure check the recharge and treatment will not proceed (In this instance Groupon will refund the full value of the voucher).
