Aerial hoop classes for complete beginners and improvers/intermediates. No previous experience is needed to join!
Learn fun shapes, holds, rolls and spins on the hoop. Different options given to suit all abilities.
Each class includes a full-body warm up, off-the-hoop conditioning exercises and stretches, finished with a relaxing cool down stretch to finish.

Four Stretch Classes for One Person
What's included: Four Stretch and Tone classes for One Person.
60 minute yoga-style class, including a mixture of exercises to strengthen and tone, and stretches to release tight muscles. Different options are given to suit all, and all students are encouraged to work at their own pace. This class includes breathing exercises to help calm the body and mind while stretching.
Finished with a relaxing cool-down stretch and an optional mini neck & shoulder massage with our blend of revitalising essential oils.
Four Stretch Classes for Two People

A.X Pole Dancing Studio offers pole fitness classes for beginners and advanced learners of all genders. Participants can join beginners only, intermediate and advanced or mixed ability group classes. The studio also caters for photoshoots, workshops and pole jams.
