How to book:

From Mindbody website Instructions: Go to clients.mindbodyonline.com search for 'Back To Fitness' and select. Click 'not a staff member?' towards the bottom of the screen. Create an account. Once an account is set up, please email me and I shall add your pass(es) to your account and you can use at your leisure in any of the Pilates classes at Back To Fitness Clinic and Studio.

Equipment required:

• Modern Pilates: A mat or towel to lie on. A yoga block/cushion for head support. A long thera-band (about 180cm). 

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in. Layers are best as you may get warmer as you go through the class.
